Dakota's Token Expense Reports

Monica — pulled my token expense reports into a Drive folder for you to review. Click through when you get a chance.

Video Inpainting — Tool Dossier

Consumer-ready video inpainting tools (April 2026). Pikaswaps = best for masked object removal/replacement. Aleph = best for prompt-based scene mods (relighting, weather). Ray3 Modify = best at preserving original performance/motion. Kling O1 = best all-in-one. Higgsfield and Krea Edit are image-only — skip for video.

Video Upscaling — Tool Dossier

Topaz Video AI is still the pro standard (runs locally on GPU, up to 8K native). Krea Upscaler is Topaz-in-the-cloud, convenient if you're already working in Krea. Runway Upscale is the one-click option for polishing Runway output.

Plate-Extraction Workflow (TL;DR)

No consumer video inpainter gives bit-identical untouched pixels — all diffusion-based. Cleanest path: (1) Pikaswaps to mask/remove subject for a clean plate, (2) generate new background via Pikaswaps prompt or Aleph 'change backdrop' or Seedance, (3) composite in After Effects with the original subject on top = true pixel preservation where it matters, (4) Topaz final upscale.
